Halloween should be filled with surprise and enjoyment, and following some common sense practices can keep events safer and more fun.
-wear light colored costumes
-ensure you can see and breath correctly
-test it to see if you can run for safety
-watch out for candles on your walk
-fire retardant costumes are the best
